If your mind is loud and your body is tired… you’re in the right place.

Your support team—built for real life.

We call it the Collective because healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum—and you shouldn’t have to do it alone. Our team is made up of warm, practical professionals who bring clinical skill and real-life understanding to the work.

Whether you’re coming in for therapy-informed support, looking for guidance during a transition, or building steadier coping tools, we’ll help you find the right fit.

Meet the Founder

Randi Rae is the founder of Women’s Mental Health Collective. Her work is centered on helping women make sense of overwhelm, rebuild boundaries, and feel steady again—without turning healing into a second full-time job.

She supports women navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, relationship stress, trauma recovery, and major life transitions with a style that’s warm, practical, and steady.

Specialties: ADHD • Burnout • Boundaries • Nervous system support • Grief • Life transitions

The Collective is the hub. The work is connected. The support is real.

The Hub

Women’s Mental Health Collective is your home base—the place where support, resources, and a steady path forward live. We keep it warm, practical, and grounded, because you don’t need another thing to “keep up with.” You need clarity, tools that work in real life, and support that doesn’t shame you for being human.

THERAPY, PSYCHIATRY, COACHING

Randi Rae Wellness

Randi Rae Wellness is where the founder-led work lives—professional consulting, trainings, collaborations, and partnerships. This is the “professional hat” side of the ecosystem: leadership, education strategy, and projects that support women’s mental health at a larger scale.

Education + Tools

Randi Rae Studio is our education imprint—home to the Reclamation Blueprint and our self-paced courses, workshops, and therapeutic tools. If you want support you can use anytime (and repeat as needed), this is your doorway.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
